To help you understand how the NOVUS® franchise process works; we have included a list of steps that generally take place. This list may not be all-inclusive and the steps may not occur in the order detailed below:

° Request for Information - If you are interested in obtaining further details on the NOVUS Master License opportunity, please complete the on-line questionnaire located in the Request Information section. Should you decide to proceed with due diligence on a NOVUS Master License opportunity, complete and submit the NOVUS Confidential Information Form (CIF). This information will help NOVUS understand your qualifications.

° Qualification and Secondary Information - NOVUS will review the completed CIF and will contact you to provide you with additional information and to discuss subsequent steps.

° Master License Visit(s) - As a part of your due diligence process, we suggest you meet and/or talk with existing NOVUS Master Licenses and Franchises to discuss their experience with NOVUS.

° Formal Application and Business Management Plan - If, after careful consideration and mutual due diligence, both parties feel a NOVUS Master License would be a good fit for you, we will help you complete a Formal Application and Business Management Plan.

° NOVUS International Review - The International Franchise Review Committee (IFRC) will carefully review your qualifications. If appropriate, you will be invited to visit NOVUS headquarters for a private Discovery Day.

° Discovery Day - The visit will include a tour of the facility, an opportunity to meet with the support staff in our organization, and a personal interview with the International Franchise Review Committee (IFRC).

° Master License Agreement - Upon agreement by both parties, the Master License Agreement will be executed and Master License is awarded.

*The average timetable for a candidate to move from Inquiry through NOVUS awarding a franchise may range from two (2) weeks to several months, depending on your level of initiative.
