WINDSHIELD REPAIR (Defined as chip or crack repair on an automobile)
NOVUS guarantees its windshield repair will not crack further or a complete refund in the form of a credit will be given toward the purchase of a new windshield from any authorized NOVUS facility. In the event that a NOVUS facility is not able to replace the windshield, the price of the original repair will be refunded to your original form of payment.
AUTO GLASS PRODUCTS (Defined as the full replacement of a windshield, side glass, or rear glass on an automobile)
Your replacement glass is warranted against defects in material and workmanship upon presentation of this purchase invoice for a period equal to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Should any defect occur (other than due to improper use, owner negligence, alteration after installation, intentional acts, or road hazards), we will supply and install all necessary parts free of charge so long as the defect in material or workmanship is brought to the attention of NOVUS during the manufacturer’s warranty period.
This warranty shall become void should breakage or damage occur due to vandalism, theft, Acts of God, or self-inflicted damages. The sealing of any windshield is guaranteed with the exception of leaking due to rusted metal and/or body deterioration in NOVUS’ sole discretion. This warranty shall not apply to repairs where customer elected an incomplete or improper installation (such as installation over rusting metal, where the customer has declined rust repair after being advised of the necessity for such repair). This warranty shall not apply to any work or repairs done by the consumer or any third parties, or vehicles used for competitive or racing purposes.
WARRANTY WORK WILL ONLY BE COMPLETED UPON PRESENTING THIS INVOICE.
This warranty is non-transferable and becomes null and void upon a change in ownership of the vehicle repaired on this invoice unless otherwise prohibited by applicable Provincial law(s).
I authorize the insurance company to remit payment directly to the repair facility.
