QUEBEC CITY (Quebec), September 20, 2019 – On September 12th and 13th, the Fix Network Canada team from all over Quebec gathered in Quebec City for their annual Regional Meeting and Supplier Tradeshow. Fix Auto, NOVUS Glass and Speedy Auto Service franchise strategic partners joined Fix Network corporate staff and valued insurance and supplier partners for two days of informative meetings, training sessions, a supplier tradeshow, a special presentation featuring Pierre Lavoie as well as some teambuilding and networking opportunities.
It was an action packed two days starting with a welcome message from Steve Leal, President & CEO of Fix Network World and then moving into break-out meetings for each of the brands covering their specific marketing, operations and sales updates. Breaking into smaller, brand specific groups allows franchise strategic partners to hear the plans and strategies for their businesses as well as ask questions directly to the corporate support staff. Bringing the approximately 200 delegates back together in the afternoon for some exciting team building; the entire Fix Network team worked together on numerous fun challenges to support communication and teamwork, as well as a healthy competitive spirit!
The team was treated to an inspiring presentation by Pierre Lavoie, founder of the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie. The mission of the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie is to meet the challenge of instilling healthy lifestyle habits in both individuals and society while surrounding ourselves with people driven by a strong desire to push their limits to make change happen. This desire to push limits to reach goals is shared by the Fix Network as each franchise strategic partner works hard to not only to succeed in their own business but also together as one, driving all the brands forward becoming the largest automotive aftermarket services provider in the country.

This year, Fix Network is pleased to congratulate 28 shops in Quebec for reaching significant years of service within their communities.

The Quebec Regional Meeting wouldn’t be complete without a tradeshow featuring valued supplier partners. “Our supplier partners are an extension of the Fix Network family; without them, our shops wouldn’t be able to perform the great work they do,” commented Roy. Once again, the annual Regional Meeting was a great success giving franchise strategic partners an opportunity to learn, network and share best practices with their fellow operators from around the province.
