NOVUS® Glass Welcomes New Franchisees Zach And Sarah Dowd

St. Paul, MN – NOVUS Glass, the innovator of windshield repair, welcomes new franchisees, Zach and Sarah Dowd. The Dowds are the new owners of the NOVUS Glass in Douglas County, Colorado, formerly operated by Bill Gohl.

Zach and Sarah are focused on providing excellent service to customers who are often in the midst of a frustrating experience. “I like being able to help customers turn a negative into a positive and make the repair or replacement of damaged auto glass as seamless as possible,” stated Zach.

Over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry make Zach a natural fit for NOVUS. Zach has experience managing tire shops and full-service automotive shops, as the operations manager for a chain of oil change shops, and as an insurance adjuster in the collision sector. Zach was looking for flexibility and the chance to run a business of his own and found that with NOVUS.  Zach shared, “I have been wanting to become a business owner since I was a child. I found that NOVUS has a great track record with Entrepreneur magazine, regularly placing in the top 500 franchises, and I found it reassuring that NOVUS was the inventor the windshield repair process.
